“Headed to the studio today for a fun Philippines project that you’ll hear about soon :)” wrote Kapatid talent and international singing star David Archuleta in his Twitter account this morning. Whatever that big surprise is, fans who are still wondering whether he’ll really be back will be thrilled to know that they can still get a glimpse of their idol for a few more days before he flies back to the US to prepare for his two-year sabbatical. David’s one-night only return to Manila was confirmed by a TV5 insider who requested not to be named.
On Saturday, February 11, 2012, David will perform live and with spectacular fireworks display as background at the grand Valentine’s event - the “Close Up Pyropalooza” at the SM Mall of Asia. Joining David will be Filipino talents Zia Quizon, Indios, Never The Strangers, and the special appearance of real-life couple Jamvhille Sebastian and Paolinne Michelle Liggayu, a.k.a. Jamich.
