MANILA, Philippines – Television host Bianca Gonzalez denied that she is already engaged to her boyfriend, basketball player JC Intal.
In an interview with “Mornings@ANC” on Monday, Gonzalez said she will proudly wear her ring if she were engaged.
“But no, I’m not (engaged). Like I said we just met and so even if I’m happy, we're happy, it doesn't mean na agad-agad, engaged, kasal, noooo,” she said.
Gonzales said she and Intal have just known each other for over a year and that they are still learning a lot about each other.
“I’m happy. We’ve known each other for a little over a year. I think even if you’re in a relationship, you can still constantly get to know each other,” she said.
Asked what lessons from her past relationships has she learned, Gonzalez said: “With every relationship you’re in, mas nakikita mo on your own, mas nakikita mo kung ano ang kailangan mo sa buhay mo or kung ano ang gusto mong trait sa isang tao.”
Meanwhile, Gonzalez shared she is still getting used to balancing her new schedule as new host on “Umagang Kay Ganda” along with her hosting duties on “Pinoy Big Brother.”
“It’s so hard. I will be honest... Now it’s a whole different change again that the time I used to sleep is now the time that I wake up,” she said.
Gonzalez, however, maintained she is grateful for the opportunity to try various show formats because she is learning from them.
